University Affiliations
All colleges under the Innovative Group are affiliated with reputed and government-recognized universities. These affiliations ensure that our academic programmes adhere to the prescribed curriculum framework, evaluation standards, and degree-awarding guidelines set forth by the affiliating universities.
Statutory Recognitions
University Grants Commission (UGC) : Our colleges comply with the norms and regulations of the UGC, established under the UGC Act, 1956. Programmes offered are in line with UGC guidelines for higher education institutions in India.
Bar Council of India (BCI) : The law programmes offered by the Innovative Institute of Law are duly approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, under the Advocates Act, 1961. This recognition authorizes our graduates to enrol and practice law in courts across the country.
State Government Recognition : The colleges under the Innovative Group are duly recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and operate as per the norms and regulations prescribed by the Department of Higher Education, U.P.
National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
The Innovative Institute of Law proudly stands as one of the first institutions in Greater Noida to have undergone the rigorous assessment process by NAAC, a statutory body of the UGC.
